Corporate Profile

EESI ELEVATORS, INC. is a duly organized and existing corporation under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at 634 Lourdes Street, San Antonio Valley 1, Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established on April 5, 2004.

It is primarily engaged in the Sales, Installation, Service and Maintenance, Repair, Upgrading and Modernization, of any brand and all kinds of elevators, escalators, auto walks, conveyors, chairlifts/wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters and
the likes. It has the ability to supply parts and components of any brand in connection with or as may be required by its clientele in line with, and in the conduct of, its maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and modernization of elevator and escalator equipment, as well as in providing technical consultations and assistance to all kinds of vertical equipment. It has the ability to supply, and has provisions for, parts and accessories that is suited for all kinds of brands and makes for horizontal and vertical equipments.


Its main objective is to provide products and services at a competitively low price yet of high quality service and standards that would be beneficial to its customers more particularly in terms of costs savings that they would be achievable in the bottom line. In addition, it can provide a yearly usage report to the building owner for the latter to be able to monitor the level of usage of the elevator/escalator units – in that case, it would be determined whether or not changes need to be done in the maintenance procedures to equate with the possible increase or decrease in the use of each equipment. On top of these, it would render a yearly survey report relative to the performance and condition of the elevator/escalator equipment for the purpose of ascertaining if there is a need to upgrade or modernize the equipment so as to be compliant with the code of safety standards and worthiness.
